President Obama's poll numbers aren't bad…..

USA Today does a piece on the historical context on President Obama’s poll numbers…issues that he faces…his troubles at home (stay home for a while Mr. President)…and what popularity is useful for……

The bottom line is…comparison’s to Ronald Reagan are actually fair….and he was a very popular guy in his day……(not to me, but who cares, right?)

Note: Daily tracking polls are useless…monthly ones are better for trends…….

    SO SAD

In 2000 I voted for George W because he campaigned as being against nation building and was for a smaller defense budget than Gore

In 2004 I cheered for George W Bush, because Kerry sounded hawkish about fighting the drug war with military force ,but skipped voting because I had two jobs.

In 2008 I cheered for Obama because Mccain refused to set time lines and was afraid to talk to the President of Iran, but skipped voting for CIC because I did not have faith any of the six would be always against war

In 2012 I have a feeling I will cheer for NO ONE because I do not have any indications any of the choices presented to me will be against war AND OBAMA has BEEN SO FAR the WORST CIC in my living life.

  4. Got props???

Even Democrats are NOW admitting the stimulus was a bunch of hot air

The unemployment is still going up

Perhaps you are feeling the benefits of the DJIA slowly creeping up, BUT more citizens CONTINUE to lose jobs each month

  5. Please read the post I did on the opinion expressed by most of the economists out there…a rousing success…..

I agree the employment numbers are creeping up…which is expected…but IS a political problem…..
