Well, he spend at least $102 million for the spot….And went around the cities electorate to boot…so at least his speech was short (14 minutes) and contrite…..

Now the people of the City of New York have to live with the guy for the next four years………

State Comptroller DiNapoli has let it be known that the state is very low in cash…….There is a hope that January will bring increased revenue to the state…..

Both DiNapoli and the current Governor are endangered species after the elections in November……

We lost HGTV and the Food Network!…bring them back!

My wife is pissed!

We have Cablevision in our home and my wife watches at lot of  HGTV (the Home Channel) and the Food Network on cable….And she found out that as of now, the channels are off the air…..It seems that this is fight over money between Scripps Networks, who own the two and Cablevision the cable provider in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut area…..

It seems that Cablevision is only paying Scripps less than 25 cents per subscriber for the channels while Scripps believes they should be getting $1.03 for the more popular Food Network and 73 cents for the HGTV feed……

They are supposed to be still talking, but Cablevision needs to give Scripps some more money….And settle this thing…..

I don’t like it when my wife isn’t happy…and I need her to be happy while I tend to feeding this site……

Give it Cablevision!

Don’t make me give FiOS my business……
