Tennessee always does this since 1986 with the opposition taking back the Executive Mansion after 8 years.
My money is on US Rep. Zach Wamp (R-TN) being the state’s 49th governor and taking office January 15, 2011.
Daniel G., note that only one TN governor has been elected to 3 terms in Bob Clement.
