CD 'American Idol' Update……. Casey James will go back to Texas tonight …..
Casey James will go back to Texas tonight on American Idol because he stunk up the joint last night in the Top 3 showdown,where the contestants only had to sing 2 songs.
As for next week’s likely Final 2 showdown between Lee DeWyze of IL and frontrunner Crystal Bowersox of OH,……
I still do NOT see Crystal winning this thing for several factors:
1. Anti-female sentiment
2. Red State Fatigue (all 8 Idol winners have been from Red States and it might be time for a Blue Stater like Lee for a shot)
3. Casey’s supporters are very unlikely to back Crystal due to her lack of connecting to the American voters and picking safe song after safe song.
4. Lee has momentum.

American Idol wasn’t the greatest this season..it has been hard to watch..but I have enjoyed Casey [I am from Tx] Big Mike..and I like Lee…BUT I think Crystal will win it..She is the MOST UNIQUE…but I REALLY LIKED Siobhan Magnus..now I am mostly Bored..Adam Lambert is a tough Act to follow!
