SE……Gary Coleman has passed…..

Gary Coleman had been on life support at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.

He was 42 years old…..He died from a brain hemorrhage……

Former child star Gary Coleman died Friday after suffering a brain hemorrhage from a head injury that occurred at his Utah home this week. The “Diff’rent Strokes” star was 42.

Utah Valley Regional Medical Center spokeswoman Janet Frank said life-support was terminated and Coleman died at 12:05 p.m. local time.

His wife, Shannon Price, made the decision to pull the actor off life support early Friday morning, TMZ.com reports. Friends and family members were reportedly by Coleman’s side when he passed.

Since the incident Wednesday, Coleman, best known for playing Arnold in the ’70s TV sitcom, had slipped into a coma, according to his rep John Alcantar.

Though Alcantar initially said Coleman was “conscious and lucid,” his condition quickly took a turn for the worse and he was placed on life-support midday Thursday.

Price released a statement Thursday to KUTV-TV, saying that the actor was taken to the hospital with “a serious medical problem.”

“We are asking for everyone’s prayers at this time,” she said. “We hope those prayers are answered and that Gary will be able to recover and return home soon.”

Coleman had a long history of health issues.
