  1. Majority Would Vote Against Obama

A year into his tenure, a majority of Americans would already vote against Pres. Obama if the ’12 elections were held today, according to a new survey.

The Allstate/National Journal Heartland Monitor poll shows 50% say they would probably or definitely vote for someone else. Fully 37% say they would definitely cast a ballot against Obama. Meanwhile, just 39% would vote to re-elect the pres. to a 2nd term, and only 23% say they definitely would do so.

  4. Obama’s approval rating is down to 47%, the poll showed, a 14-point drop since the April survey. 45% disapprove, up 17 points from April. Only 41% say they trust Obama more than Congressional GOPers, while 33% pick the GOP over the WH. That 8-point gap is down from a 21-point edge Obama sported as recently as Sept.

Just 34% say the country is moving in the right direction, down 13 points since April, and 55% say it is off on the wrong track, up 13 points over the same period.

  6. After four trials in five years ended with hung juries, federal prosecutors appear to have given up on convicting John A. “Junior” Gotti of mob-related charges.

The U.S. Attorney’s office in New York filed notice on January 8 of nolle prosequi, or non-prosecution, and it was promptly signed by a judge.

“The case is over, it’s dismissed and it cannot be brought back,” said attorney Ron Kuby, who testified at Gotti’s trial and represented his father, “Teflon Don” John Gotti Sr..

Another Democrat bails out: This time it’s Vic Snyder (D-AR-2)

I had him on my Retirement Watch List:

    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

    January 15, 2010

Washington D.C. – U.S. Representative Vic Snyder (AR-02) issued the following statement today:

“2010 will be a robust election year during which great forces collide to set the direction for our country for another two years. Over the last several weeks Betsy and I have had discussions with family and friends including other members of Congress (Rep. David Price, Rep. Susan Davis, and our own Sen. Mark Pryor) regarding the appropriate balance between family and Congressional service when a family has very young children. I have concluded that these election-year forces are no match for the persuasive and powerful attraction of our three one-year old boys under the leadership of their three-year old brother, and I have decided not to run for re-election. It is the greatest professional honor of my life to represent Arkansas in the U.S. House of Representatives, and I am so grateful to the people of Arkansas to have had this wonderful opportunity. That honor will now pass to someone else at the conclusion of this term.”

“This decision has not been an easy one. Two weeks ago my campaign manager came on board, but that first morning I advised him to do nothing to begin the campaign because of my doubts regarding running. The onset of the new year, the time I always begin organizing my campaigns, did nothing to remove these doubts.”

“I have put very little thought into what the work side of my life will look like at the end of this term, although it is clear from observing how much our four little boys eat that I will be working for a long, long time.”

It is one thing to impersonate for fun such as myself as Barack Obama for Halloween or on my phone calls with my friends when I do my different CIC voices , or to adopt similarites out of affection such as my PICKING up of Conservative Democrat BIG WORDS

,but one takes one’s name WHILE THAT person is present just boils my blood

and even more upsetting is the fact Pretorian went after SE–779 and sexually verbally assaulted numerous times who had stated he was 14 at the time

WE all knew SE–779 stated he was 14
